This project received a total investment of £50,000 (including deposit) to renovate the property throughout, creating a practical and contemporary two bedroom family home. The cost of renovation was £12,000. The purchase price of the property was £100,500 and it has been valued recently at £140,000. There is scope to re-mortgage the property for future investment. Currently the property commands £750 per month rental income – that is a net cash flow before tax of £500 per month.
