This project received a total investment of £100,000 (including deposit) to renovate the property throughout, creating a practical and contemporary four bedroom family home near the new Overground Line in south east London. The cost of renovation was £50,000. The purchase price of the property was £267,000 and it was sold in 2015 for £680,000.
