This project received a total investment of £80,000 (including deposit) to renovate the property throughout, creating a practical and contemporary three bedroom family home. The cost of renovation was £6,000. The purchase price of the property was £166,000 and it has been valued recently at £220,000. There is scope to re-mortgage the property for future investment. Currently the property commands £900 per month rental income – that is a net cash flow before tax of £600 per month.
